Not all heights are made equal; some are better than others to choose from. Not all creatures are made equal, making each height carry a different need to go forward and ways of dealing with combat. For balance sake, only physical armor class is affected.

There are so many heights because of the dangerous ravenous environments filled with the dangerous beast; for a reason, there are so many taller heights.

When grappling a creature of larger size you get a -2 to your rolls against said creature for every size difference.

A light item or an item considered to be one hand while a medium can be used in two hands with no issues and a heavy item has to be used with two hands and hard to use in hand. Each size has its considered handling.
